Heck, Ph.D., Patent Counsel and Associate Director of the Technology Transfer Office for the University of Nevada, Reno and the Desert Research institute, Jon Muskin, a founding partner of Muskin & Cusick,
LLC, and Robert Ryan Morishita, founder of the Morishita Law Firm.
